Mini vMac 3.0.4

The Source Code (439K) allows you to compile all the variations of Mini vMac. The Building Mini vMac page gives more details. But to start with, you will probably want to use one of the following compiled applications (which emulate a Macintosh Plus and have an English language user interface):

Macintosh

OS X, PowerPC (38K) (It will not run in OS 9)
OS X, Intel (35K)
OS X, Universal (76K) (combines previous two)
OS 9 and earlier, PowerPC (35K)
OS 8 and earlier, 680x0 (35K) (runs in Mini vMac, slowly)

Microsoft Windows (42K)

Linux, Intel (45K)

Other people have made other ports of Mini vMac:

Solaris 10 (SPARC and x86) packages by Luc Pauwels.

Pocket PC port by Fabio Concas.

Microsoft Windows XP x64 (68K) contributed by Natalia Portillo

Nintendo DS port by “Lazyone”.

Here is source code for the default version of Mini vMac on a generic X Window system:

X, Generic (100K)

This may need some modification to successfully compile, and definitely need modification to make efficient. When you have figured out the modifications needed for your hardware, operating system, and compiler, please send them to me so that the Mini vMac build system can support it in the next version.
