On the main Mini vMac download page I provide versions of Mini vMac compiled for several platforms. Other people have ported Mini vMac to other platforms. I've listed the ports that I know of on this page at left.

Note that I don't maintain these ports, and can not help you with them.

If you port Mini vMac to another platform, please let me know.

A useful starting point for many ports may be this source code for the default version of Mini vMac on a generic X Window system:

X, Generic (131K)

This may need some modification to successfully compile, and definitely need modification to make efficient. When you have figured out the modifications needed for your hardware, operating system, and compiler, please send them to me so that the Mini vMac build system can support it in the next version.

The generic X source can also be useful for platforms that are already supported by the Mini vMac build system, but which I don't provide binaries for. It can allow you to compile a version that works well enough to be able to use the build system. (Though if you have access to another computer that can run the provided binaries, that is probably an easier way to run the build system.)
