I ran the new check for changes system to verify it works, and already found some changes.
MacCheckers and SndCollector by David Sinclair have a different address.
A few sites are currently down: Allume's FTP (Stuffit Expander, DropStuff, CPT2SIT, Disk Rejuvenator), Bernhard Baehr's (PDP-8/E Simulator), and Takahiro Sumiya's (Texris, Same Game, TextToMac, FIT2EPS, Where Is My Master, touch, Clipping Converter, FakeIt!). Also the "USA West 2" download of FileTyper is down, but "USA West 1" is up.
I'll check these again later to see if they stay down.

I've set up a system to semi automatically check web pages for changes, which I'll use around once a month to keep the entries on these pages up to date. Then I manually checked all the entries one last time to make sure they're currently up to date. This is what has changed:
I've made a new page for software that has disappeared, and moved the following entries to it: StripPPC, BugOff, GetPath, DoDelete, Glider Design!, MacGambit, and Inform.
The entry for "Angband" (in the "Other Games" category) has been updated to the latest version (3.0.5).
The new version of Mops (5.6) does not include the 68k version, and it seems there has been no change in the 68k version since 4.0.3, so I've changed the Mops entry to refer to version 4.0.3.
The entry for HexEdit is updated with a new web address.
Added to the entries for MaxZip and MacGZip that source code is available.
Changed link for Zippy-Type to specific page rather than authors general page.
Changed links for Disk First Aid, Disk Copy, HyperCard viewer, and DocViewer away from Apples very large "Older Software Downloads" page to more specific pages.
The download link from the CalcWorks info page is broken, the download link from the main Brochu Software page works.
